We want you to love your purchase from Jeannine’s Boutique. Your satisfaction is so important to us, that if you are not 100% satisfied, we want to know! You can exchange merchandise or receive a store credit if you return within 21 days of the initial purchase. Please send us an email detailing the reason for your return and we will immediately respond with an authorization number which you will need to send the merchandise back to us. We cannot accept any return requests after the 21 days. Please note that all shipping fees are non-refundable unless the merchandise is defective.
We are not perfect. If any customized order has a mistake or a misprint through the fault of Jeannine’s Boutique or any vendor we represent, we will happily replace it at no cost to you! If you receive damaged merchandise, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will send you a shiny, brand new item as soon as we can (and keep our fingers crossed it arrives in perfect condition!). We may ask you to email photographs of damaged or incorrect merchandise.
Please remember that all personalized, monogrammed, special order, sale or any items damaged through normal wear and tear are keepers and cannot be returned! When placing your order, please take advantage of the comment field to give us all the information we need to meet your expectations.
Non-personalized items will be processed and shipped out within 5 business days. If your item is on back order, we promise to reach out to you within 2 business days!
Personalized jewelry orders will take 2 weeks to deliver; all other personalized items will need 3-4 weeks to process and deliver. If you have selected store pick up as your delivery method, please note that we will call you once we have received your custom order.
Jeannine’s Boutique charges a flat rate of $12.00 through the USPS. This charge includes order processing, handling and packaging your merchandise and delivery. Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada.
We are all guilty of procrastinating at times--but look no further than Jeannine's Boutique when you are in a bind! We are here to help you out. Almost all of our merchandise is available for rush service. For an additional $15.00 fee, which does not include shipping charges, we can rush your order, including gift wrap! In store pick up
If you are a local, you must take advantage of the extremely convenient In-Store Pick-Up option. Non-personalized items will be processed and ready for pick-up within 3 business days. If your item is on back order, we promise to contact you within 2 business days.Items personalized with vinyl or custom embroidered items will be be ready for pick up in 10 business days. Custom signs and jewelry will take 3-4 weeks to process and deliver. We will contact you once your custom order has been received at the store. Please indicate on your order if you would like these items gift wrapped and if you would like items wrapped together or separately. We will send a confirmation email to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.
